Memorial Hermann Breast Care Center at Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Medical Center delivers breast screening and diagnostic services in a 7,500 square-feet facility in a spa-like environment. Our compassionate, personalized approach provides an environment of reassurance, understanding and comfort. All delivered by a caring, experienced team that include breast health technicians and breast radiologists. Our Memorial Hermann affiliated board-certified breast radiologists at the Breast Care Center interpret screening and diagnostic mammograms, breast ultrasound examinations and breast MRIs. Our certified mammogram technologists and ultrasound technologists, who specialize in breast care, utilize advanced technology in or order to capture clear, accurate images in the shortest amount of time.

In Our Community

In the Pink of Health

Since 2001, the Memorial Hermann In the Pink of Health luncheon has generated over $6 million, with 100% of the funds staying in Montgomery County and surrounding communities in north Harris County, to fight breast cancer and ovarian cancer at their core.

Here's how we've made a positive impact on our community:

• Free screening mammograms, and diagnostic screening mammograms and breast ultrasounds, to underserved women. We partner with groups such as the Interfaith Community Clinic, The Rose and area physician practices with referrals to our Breast Care Center for free screening mammograms to women who could not otherwise afford it.
• We fund extensive educational materials for newly diagnosed cancer patients and fund state-of-the-art technology including two 3-D Mammogram/Tomosynthesis units and Savi Scout technology to improve detection and treatment of breast cancer.

CANOPY: A Cancer Survivorship Center

We offer support to patients during and after their cancer journey by contributing funding to CANOPY, a first-of-its-kind in the Greater Houston area cancer survivorship center located on the campus of Memorial Hermann. The Woodlands Medical Center in Medical Plaza 1 (1120 Medical Plaza Drive, Suite 250, The Woodlands 77380). Men, women and children affected by any type of cancer are welcome. At CANOPY, cancer survivors find extensive, free resources from support groups, fitness classes and cooking demos, to educational talks, special events, art classes and even massage therapy. Additionally, CANOPY has free educational materials in its resource library, an oncology nurse navigator and an oncology social worker.
