Community members toured the 64-bed facility that includes state-of-the-art operating rooms, a catheterization lab, nuclear medicine, endoscopy as well as labor and delivery, orthopedics and sports medicine and urology services. The 250,000 square-foot addition to the existing Memorial Hermann Convenient Care Center in Pearland includes shell space to accommodate additional growth and services as needed.“We’re excited to bring safe, convenient, high-quality care to our friends and neighbors in Pearland,” says Mario Garner, Sr. Vice President and CEO, Memorial Hermann Pearland. “We want to be Pearland’s premier hospital and are looking forward to serving Pearland, Manvel, Alvin, Angleton and surrounding communities.”
Most of Memorial Hermann Pearland’s 265 employees, including Garner, live in Pearland. The hospital is expected to add approximately 350 jobs to the local economy.
Memorial Hermann Pearland is located at 16100 South Freeway on the southbound side of Highway 288 near FM 518.
