In the largest expansion of availability to date for its signature product, AirStrip Technologies™ today announced it has reached an agreement to provide AirStrip OB™ software to obstetricians with the Houston-based Memorial Hermann Health System.

AirStrip OB provides obstetricians with virtual real-time, remote access to critical waveform data from hospital labor and delivery units (L&D) on their PDA or Smart Phone anywhere the physician has a cell phone connection.

AirStrip OB is the first product developed and deployed from the AirStrip platform. It is currently in use in approximately 40 hospitals across the United States. AirStrip OB incorporates Smart Client Technology, and is designed to comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations.
