Refer a Patient

The mission of the Texas Fetal Center is to coordinate the care for high-risk pregnancy and for fetuses with congenital anomalies with genetic conditions. Imaging, fetal testing and sub-specialty appointments are all arranged by the Center, through a single phone call to the Center from the referring physician. A transfer of obstetrical care may be arranged at your request.

To refer a patient for evaluation of a complicated multifetal pregnancy please complete and fax our Multifetal Pregnancy Referral Form along with the patient's ultrasounds, prenatal labs, and demographic information to (713) 383-1464.
