The internationally recognized affiliated team is the most experienced in advanced fetal imaging and intervention in the region, with world leaders in the fetoscopic laser ablation for twin-twin transfusion syndrome collectively performing more than 850 laser ablation procedures to treat this serious condition.  The Center was also the first in the region to perform fetal spina bifida repair.

  • Child Life Services
Child Life Specialists provide a variety of services for infants, children, adolescents and families to facilitate normal growth and development, and promote socialization and adaptation to the hospital experience. Child Life also helps infants and parents deal with the emotional stress and family issues that often accompany serious illness and injury, using play to facilitate healing, coping and self-expression.
