Nurses that specialize in perinatal, neonatal and women's health.

Course Description

The thirty-first Annual Kaleidoscope Perinatal, Neonatal and Women’s Health Nursing Symposium is a collaborative offering by Houston-Galveston area hospitals and schools of nursing. This year’s program is sponsored by Children’s Memorial Hermann Hospital with support from March of Dimes.

Kaleidoscope 2014 is a symposium designed by and for perinatal and women’s health care nurses. Symposium objectives include recognizing current advances in perinatology, women’s healthcare and nursing leadership and exploring societal and ethical issues that impact women and childbearing families.

Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center is an approved provider for continuing nursing education by the Texas Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Accreditation.

5.66 contact hours will be awarded for each day attended. Participants must attend each day in it's entirety and complete and submit an evaluation at the end of the event to receive completion certificate. Participants are responsible for keeping their copy of the certificate of completion for their own records
