Laser Photocoagulation of Communicating Vessels in Twin-to-Twin Transfusion Syndrome
Lead Physician: Kenneth Moise, M.D.
The primary objective is to evaluate the use of laser photocoagulation (LPC) of the communicating vessels in twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome through the collection of clinical and outcome data. That is, we propose to collect and analyze prospective data involving maternal demographics, preoperative data, operative data, postoperative data, delivery information, and maternal and fetal/neonatal outcomes on all women who have undergone LPC. Patients diagnosed with TTTS and who have chosen to undergo laser photocoagulation will be invited to take part in the study.
